some days...
are just awful. and when you have spontaneous hysterical laughing fits while you are walking back from class bc you know the day is just going downhill from here and you are getting soaked and your umbrella is turning inside out and your hair is blowing in tangly circles around your head and your toes are cold and you rue the day God created rain and group projects and dumbass classes and then a random dude walks by you while you are laughing and looks at you very strangely, it does not make the awful day any better.

odd pastimes
sometimes i stalk people i know that are freshmen, either at belmont or other schools and i look at their pictures and i remember how freshman year was and how it was strange and bad and great and free and fast and it brings back lots of weird feelings of nostalgia at the happy times but also joy that i am not nearly as miserable as i was back then.
i shouldn’t do things like this very often. there’s gotta be better uses of my time.
